The Committee on the Development of Reusable Facemasks for Use During an Influenza Pandemic held its first meeting on January 23, 2006 in the Lecture Room of the NAS Building, located at 2101 Constitution Ave. N.W.-Washington D.C.
At the conclusion of the first meeting, the committee had:
- Completed the committee composition and balance discussion
- Discussed and agreed upon an understanding of the committee charge
- Discussed, revised, and agreed upon the project work-plan, including workshop dates
- Identified subjects and potential speakers for the workshop
- Identified topics and sources of additional information needed
