The Committee on Food Chemicals Codex has published the Food Chemicals Codex, Fifth Edition. The monographs and tests in the book became effective as of January 1, 2004. To order a copy, please call 1-800-624-6242 or order online (10% discount) at www.nap.edu

Identify the sources of the comments and append supporting data and documentation. All comments must be received no later than the deadline given in each monograph, test method, or solution now under consideration for the Fifth Edition. The committee advises that comments received after this date cannot be considered for the next publication but will still be considered for later ones.
